But to get that “free” help, what would we need to sacrifice in lower quality of life, more traffic, pollution, higher municipal and school costs, and lower quality education?
Would a pretty trail along the Passaic River really make up for all that sacrifice?
Shall we plunge ahead on blind faith or shall we first do our due diligence?
This is way to much apartment development. Why not create open space with Athletic Fields and park space similar to that in Mt. Olive. This would be a much better addition to the town.
